Permanent Plan: Displayed price is per month per site, covering continuous maintenance such as theme/plugin updates, backups, technical support. This plan can be canceled at any time.

 

Payment Terms

All payments are required in advance. The "One-Time Fix" fee is a single charge. The "Permanent Plan" is billed monthly. Payment must be made through the methods indicated on our Site.

 

Refund Policy

    • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

  • Exceptions:

    • Refunds will not be granted if:

      • You change your mind after the work has started.

      • The issue is caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting providers (though we will still attempt to resolve it).

      • You fail to provide accurate or complete information about the issue.

Monthly Plans
  • No Refunds: Refunds are not available for monthly subscription plans.

  • Cancellation:

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. No further charges will be made for future months.

    • If you cancel mid-month, you will still be charged for the full month, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining days.

Additional Notes
  • Communication: During the 24-hour period, we will provide updates on the progress of resolving your issue. If the issue is complex and requires more time, we will inform you and offer the option to extend the time instead of requesting a refund.

  • Failed Migrations or Security Issues: The refund policy does not apply to website migrations or security-related issues (e.g., hacked websites). However, we will make every effort to resolve these issues to your satisfaction.
